Your AI guide · Voice, chat & guided tours

Meet CircleOS™.
Let’s find your starting point.

You don’t need to know our services by name. Tell CircleOS what you’re trying to build, teach, or make clearer. She’ll help you explore the possibilities, explain the options, and find a useful next step.

01 / CONVERSE

Talk or type.

Speak naturally with CircleOS or send a message. Ask a follow-up, change direction, or interrupt with a question.

02 / EXPLORE

Let her show you around.

Ask for a guided tour. CircleOS can move to the section she’s explaining while the chat shrinks out of the way. Explore one stop at a time, at your pace.

03 / CLARIFY

Understand your options.

Ask about curriculum, workshops, learning frameworks, training materials, or published starting prices. Website design is also available as a separate service. She can help clarify your goal and suggest a service direction for the team to discuss with you.

04 / REMEMBER

Keep the details you choose.

When signed in, use Saved notes to keep your preferred name, project details, or a recap for your next conversation. You choose what to save, and can delete those notes.

Try saying:

“Give me a tour of the website.”

Or start with: “I’m not sure what I need.”

Meet CircleOS · Talk or type

CircleOS is an AI guide. She works from approved company information, and the team confirms project scope and proposals. She can help prepare a project summary for you to review and send; live transfers and automatic team notifications are not connected yet. Saved notes are optional—conversations are not automatically added to memory.

Beyond the website: the CircleOS vision In Development

Knowledge & Continuity Workspace.

The broader CircleOS vision is a workspace that helps teams find answers in approved organizational records, trace them to their sources, and refer conflicting information to an authorized human.

  1. 01 / FIND

    Approved knowledge.

Planned to use the organizational records a person is authorized to access.

  2. 02 / TRACE

    Visible sources.

Intended to show the records supporting an answer, so people can check the evidence.

  3. 03 / RESOLVE

    Human authority.

Designed to refer conflicting or uncertain information to an authorized human for resolution.

CircleOS Readiness / Available for discussion

Prepare the knowledge first.

Ask about organizing source materials, identifying knowledge owners, and clarifying gaps ahead of future implementation.

Discuss readiness ↗

The Knowledge & Continuity Workspace remains in development and is not available as a commercial client workspace. Future software access is not included automatically with workshops, curriculum development, or other Arrival House services.
