Map the knowledge, learning goals, and gaps.
Develop the agreed curriculum, guides, and learning tools.
Prepare facilitators and the people who will use the materials.

Selected Work
Three examples from Arrival House Media’s learning-design portfolio: a custom bilingual pathway, collaborative curriculum development, and an existing workshop enriched with academic connections.
Custom program design
Bilingual literacy · Grades 6–8
A nine-week storytelling pathway that helps learners plan, draft, revise, and share original stories with English and Spanish language support.
Design contribution: A connected program sequence, bilingual facilitator guidance, student workbook, and author showcase structure.
Selected program excerpt
Instructional focus: Vocabulary, verbs, transition language, sensory words.
Student outcome: Personal bilingual story vocabulary bank.
From the nine-week program framework. The pathway supports language access and student voice through structured storytelling.
Program-design example · Complementary literacy enrichment
Collaborative curriculum development
Mathematics & decision-making · Grade 3
In collaboration with Phoenix TEI, founded by Tonya Wright.
A curriculum development collaboration connecting Grade 3 mathematics with meaningful choices about resources, exchange, spending, saving, and community.
Design contribution: Eighteen lessons across six units, supported by a curriculum scope, facilitator teaching guide, and student workbook.
Selected scope excerpt
Prices, quantities, currencies and choices that fit a stated goal.
Money received and used, spending and saving allocations, and revised plans.
Students calculate, explain a choice, and revise it when new information appears. This Grade 3 example is part of ongoing curriculum development.
Development sample · Grade 3 scope
Program enrichment & benchmark mapping
Visual storytelling · Grades 6–8 example
An existing visual-storytelling workshop developed into a nine-week sequence, connecting studio activities and student work with selected Florida academic benchmarks.
Design contribution: Eighteen sessions, facilitator resources, documented academic connections, and a culminating Story Gallery.
Selected sequence excerpt
Follow-up studio: Mood & Atmosphere Board.
Creator outcome: Emotion Palette.
Observable evidence: Build an intentional palette and mood board for a stated emotional purpose.
The program’s academic-integration map connects activities with selected Visual Arts benchmarks and literacy and mathematical-reasoning practices.
Enrichment-design example · Supports existing instruction
These previews illustrate materials and program design; they do not report completed school engagements or measured student outcomes. Academic connections support school review and do not imply agency endorsement.

Your AI guide · Voice, chat & guided tours
You don’t need to know our services by name. Tell CircleOS what you’re trying to build, teach, or make clearer. She’ll help you explore the possibilities, explain the options, and find a useful next step.
Speak naturally with CircleOS or send a message. Ask a follow-up, change direction, or interrupt with a question.
Ask for a guided tour. CircleOS can move to the section she’s explaining while the chat shrinks out of the way. Explore one stop at a time, at your pace.
Ask about curriculum, workshops, learning frameworks, training materials, or published starting prices. Website design is also available as a separate service. She can help clarify your goal and suggest a service direction for the team to discuss with you.
When signed in, use Saved notes to keep your preferred name, project details, or a recap for your next conversation. You choose what to save, and can delete those notes.
Try saying:
“Give me a tour of the website.”
Or start with: “I’m not sure what I need.”
CircleOS is an AI guide. She works from approved company information, and the team confirms project scope and proposals. She can help prepare a project summary for you to review and send; live transfers and automatic team notifications are not connected yet. Saved notes are optional—conversations are not automatically added to memory.
The broader CircleOS vision is a workspace that helps teams find answers in approved organizational records, trace them to their sources, and refer conflicting information to an authorized human.
Planned to use the organizational records a person is authorized to access.
Intended to show the records supporting an answer, so people can check the evidence.
Designed to refer conflicting or uncertain information to an authorized human for resolution.

Ask about organizing source materials, identifying knowledge owners, and clarifying gaps ahead of future implementation.
The Knowledge & Continuity Workspace remains in development and is not available as a commercial client workspace. Future software access is not included automatically with workshops, curriculum development, or other Arrival House services.
